At Sales Wealth Academy we are committed to delivering high-quality Tech Sales Coaching to our clients in a timely and professional manner. The following outlines our fulfillment practices:
Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, clients will receive access to a coaching portal, digital program, onboarding calendar link, and all resources within 1 day.
All coaching sessions are scheduled via Calencly and occur over Zoom.
Delivery Timeline
Access to digital content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation and execution of the services agreement.
1:1 or group coaching sessions are available to book immediately upon joining the program via the Circle app.
Fulfillment Method
All services are digital and delivered via online platforms (e.g., client portal, Zoom).
Clients receive confirmation emails with login/access links upon purchase.
Customer Communication
Clients can expect regular updates via the Circle App and direct communication from their assigned coach/support team.
All support inquiries are responded to within 24-48 business hours.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our digital coaching services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the program has been granted.
Ongoing subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Access remains active through the end of your billing cycle.
